The doctors believe Theresa has a bacterial infection (tests are being performed to confirm this). She has been isolated and has a room overlooking Boston all to herself. The IV fluids have been a big help and have actually reduced her pain levels. She's been able to cut back on the amount of pain medicine. However, she hasn't had anything to eat yet. They'll give that a try tonight.
Overall, Theresa is in good hands and is resting up. Our Mom is visiting and Kaeli is having a blast spending time with her Grandma Corbin.
One important note: Theresa's cell phone is dead and she doesn't have the charger. She just wanted people to know in case they've called and not heard back from her.
The hope is she'll be released tomorrow and can continue her recovery at home.
