Theresa is back at Brigham and Women's hospital tonight. She said that she wasn't feeling great from the time she woke up this morning (Friday morning). She was feeling nauseous and was having stomach issues all day. She called her doctor and they told her to come in.
They are going to do another CT scan to make sure that everything is healing properly.
When I spoke with her she sounded frustrated and like she was in pain, but they had hooked her IV up again and she said that the medicine was starting to help.
I'll post more information when I have it. She assumed that she'd be staying over night tonight and she was looking forward to that since the doctors and nurses are so good there.

Stay strong Theresa & let the Drs & nurses take care of you. We think of you all the time. Meg made a card for you that she had the kids in her class sign - she brought it home yesterday so I will get a package out to you today. Rest!

Theresa - keep "your chin up". I know you are frustrated, but just let the Drs. & Nurses do their job and help you heal - Jane.
ReplyDeleteTheresa...sorry you are back in the hospital, but it is the best thing for you if you are not feeling well. Is your Mom up there now? Gary flew to Las Vegas with Steph's girls yesterday. She probably told you they spent 2 weeks in Brockport. ...you really are on the road to recovery and as Pete said, it is just a bump. Best to you and your family.
